We stand behind every Raspex product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will offer a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us with a photo and we will ship a replacement at no charge immediately.

Pre-Orders

All current orders are pre-orders. Products are crafted in small batches and ship within 5–10 business days of ordering. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing us.
